Birdies for Foster Youth
Partnering with PGA Golfer Paul Stankowski!
Direction61:3 is excited to be partnering with Paul Stankowski, a highly successful professional golfer playing on the 2024 PGA Champions Tour. Paul’s goal is to raise a minimum of $100,000 through the BIRDIES FOR FOSTER YOUTH CAMPAIGN. Participants can pledge $1, $10, or $100 for every birdie Paul makes this season on the tour. Paul averages 280 birdies and 5 eagles per year. (eagles will count a 2 birdies)
Register now to be a part of this exciting campaign. Participants will be billed monthly for their pledged amounts.
Meet Paul Stankowski
Paul Stankowski enjoyed a twenty-year career playing on the PGA TOUR from 1994-2013 winning the Bell South Classic and Hawaiian Open, and three events world-wide. Wanting to spend more time at home with his family and less on the road, he spent five years running a small business and working as a broadcast analyst. After turning fifty, he decided to restart his golf career and is currently playing full time on the PGA TOUR Champions.
Paul lives in Flower Mound, Texas with his wife Regina. They have two children about to graduate college and a keen understanding of what the atmosphere is like for young adults starting life out on their own. Regina learned about Direction 61:3 through a local newspaper article and immediately felt a tug to get involved and learn more. After meeting the staff and witnessing the purpose and heart behind the organization, she and Paul knew this is a mission they want to fall in step with helping to raise awareness and support for youth aging out of the foster system into life.
