- 2-Bedroom Homes – $200,000 | Independent living for youth in college or working.
- 4-Bedroom Homes – $225,000 | Supervised homes for 3-4 youth with a live-in mentor.
- 6-Bedroom Homes – $250,000 | Safe housing for 5 youth with a foster family.
- Community Event Center – $1.9M | The heart of the campus with event space, a kitchen, and programs supporting independence.
